To use this, you need to mix water with baking soda and form a runny paste. Then you simply put some paste on your toothbrush and carefully brush your teeth for about 2 minutes. But if you want a more pleasant experience, then you should just use coconut oil for its palatable taste. Plus, coconut oil has been proven to work wonders, like killing bacteria and reducing inflammation.
To do this method, you will need 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Place this in your mouth and do a push-and-pull motion with your tongue, so the oil can go through your teeth several times. Do this for 15-20 minutes before spiting the oil out. It could be tiring, but you’ll surely likely the benefits this method has.
3. Wash mouth with apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has been very useful as a natural cleaning product inside the house. It is used by many as a disinfectant, too. But did you know that this can also be a good teeth whitening solution and a promoter of overall mouth hygiene?
Apple cider vinegar has a pH between 2.5 and 3.0 because it contains malic acid and acetic acid. Such acids can erode the enamel on your teeth, so proper precautions should be taken.
